Nationals and Stuff

Lowri - Thank you to my fans who have asked about us.  We are fine.  TM has been slammed at work since we got back.  We have had some family in for a visit -  they TOOK Daisy!!!!

TM - wah wa wa wah

Lowri - Really??  They belonged to Daisy?  We didn't?  But, but, Daisy has been with us my whole life!  You are sure?

TM - wah.

Lowri - Okay then.  But I am keeping YOU! 

Anyway, we have been really, really busy, and really tired and are spending time figuring out what we want life to look like now.  That is some hard stuff to do.  Because of all that, we may not be posting a lot for a while.  I will try and nag TM so she will remember to post and keep everyone updated as we figure stuff out.

We had a GREAT time at the Nationals.  ALL five of my children who were there placed in their regular classes!  Adam didn't join us for this Nationals.  TM says he has more hair than a judge would really care for.  I think he is lovely!

Peyton placed 4th in his very large 6-9 month old puppy dog class.  Kevin won his Bred-By-Exhibitor class.  Then all three girls were in the largest class of all, 6-9 month old puppy girls.  The judge commented on how small Flutter was.  Miss Jess replied that she was six months and a minute old.  Miss Jess is quite clever!  Gimme won the class and Flutter and Fable were 3rd and 4th.  Gimme went on to win Reserve Winners Bitch and Best Puppy!  This was on top of winning Best in Sweeps!!!  That Gimme was ON FIRE!  People kept saying Gimme, Gimme!

In the Best of Breed class, I won an Award of Merit.  All in all, we had a FABULOUS show.  My boyfriend won Best Veteran Sweeps and 1st in Stud Dog (Gimme got to support him).  My daddy won the Herding Titled class and 2nd in Stud Dog.  My beautiful mama won 2nd in Brood Bitch.  I am sure my family won other stuff, but I can't remember it all right now.

Oh, in herding...I lived up to TM's expectations.  I gave her the worst herding weekend ever.  I NQ'ed five out of six runs.  Oops.

Kevin - TM has been taking us for walks.  We saw EIGHT bunnies and a squirrel tonight!

Lowri - That is part of why TM isn't doing much recording of my thoughts.  She works full time, has a garden, has stock, has to make sure the fences are good, takes care of PR, and thinks she is neglecting Kevin and me.   She is trying to fix that before Kevin ends up being a brat like me...TM, I DID NOT just think that!
