Lowri - The DNA results are back. Since I don't understand any of it, AND my puppies are PERFECT, I asked TM to explain them.
TM - In the coat department, Devon is affected. He is a long-coat. Ethan is Clear. All the rest of the puppies are Carriers.
As far as color is concerned, Devon IS a brindle. He is also pink clear (EE). All I can say about that is that it breaks my heart that he is a long coat. I will not be keeping this stunning puppy. He is available - preferably to a performance home that will make good use of his structure. He will go on a limited contract.
Bailey carries the long-coat factor and is EE - pink free.
Callie carries the long-coat factor and is EE - pink free.
Devon - booo! Long-coat and is EE - pink free.
Ethan is clear of the long-coat factor and is a carrier for pink - Ee.
Fiona carries the long-coat factor and is a carrier for pink - Ee.
Gabby carries the long-coat factor and is a carrier for pink - Ee.
These puppies were bred for performance and were also hit with the pretty stick. Structurally, they should be able to do anything you want performance-wise. We LOVE their angles and their temperaments.
Now that we have the DNA results, we can safely say one girl (don't know which one yet), Devon and either Bailey or Ethan will be available (don't know which of the two yet).
They are DM clear. Both parents have been tested.
They should be PRA clear. Lowri is tested clear and Dickens is line-cleared.
What is DM?
